One Nexus Group and Kia UK today announce a new strategic partnership to support the delivery of Kia Mobility Solutions, aimed at enhancing customer mobility experiences and operational efficiency across the UK dealer network. The new service is focused on supporting customers with mobility during warranty repairs.
The collaboration entered its pilot phase on the 2nd March 2026, when Kia dealers at selected locations trialled the new Kia Mobility Solutions system. Following the successful completion of the pilot, the solution has now been deployed nationally.
The partnership brings together Kia UK’s commitment to innovation in mobility with One Nexus Group’s expertise in digital platforms and automotive service solutions. Together, the organisations will work to streamline mobility services, improve customer convenience, and support Kia’s evolving mobility strategy in the UK market.
“Having worked closely with Kia UK for more than a decade, I am delighted to see our partnership reach this important next stage. Through Kia Mobility Solutions and our Drive platform, we can provide Kia dealers and drivers with an enhanced level of support and a simpler, more effective mobility experience. I am genuinely grateful for the trust Kia UK has placed in One Nexus and immensely proud of what our teams have achieved together.” Alan Glazier, Commercial Director, One Nexus Group
Chris Lear, Aftersales Director at Kia UK said: “We are proud that following a successful pilot, our customers can now benefit from our Kia Mobility Solutions service. Behind the scenes, this removes dealer admin and ensures customers are kept mobile during a warranty repair. “We are constantly looking at reducing delay, simplify processes and adding customer convenience, and this would not have been possible without the flexibility provided by One Nexus.”
The pilot programme focused on validating processes, technology integration, and service delivery ahead of the planned national rollout. Insights gathered during the trial helped refine the solution to ensure scalability and consistency across Kia’s UK’s car and PBV commercial vehicle network.
This partnership represents a further step in Kia UK’s wider mobility strategy, reinforcing its commitment to providing flexible customer centric mobility solutions while supporting dealers with robust, technology led platforms.
